Data Validation from other than the First Sheet

If you create a data validation list and point to a list of cells on sheets other than the first sheet (the sheet where the LeadDoubler format is located), this list will not work, so you'll need to create the list on the first sheet, possibly by pointing to the values on your second sheet.

Data Validation List from Deleted Field

If you delete a field that has used data validation fields (buttons, select, slider, radio) but don't properly delete the field in column B, you'll see that it still inserts a dropdown on your calculator. So, it's important to either clear the field with the clear function in Excel, remove it manually under the data validation menu in Excel, or overwrite the field, for example, by copying another cell and pasting it onto the field with the list.
